The Inspector General of the Department of Homeland Security has promised to investigate all operations of the Secret Service at the rally where Trump was shot.
According to NBC News, before the gunman opened fire at the former President of the United States of America, Donald Trump, reports had been received of the presence of a suspicious person.

The shooting at Trump rally led to the dead of two people while other casualties recorded injuries.
Authorities identified the shooter as Thomas Matthew Crooks, who was 20 years old.
Crook, a member of a local gun club who worked as a dietary aide at a nursing facility was from Bethel Park, Pennsylvania.
